I've got to be honest, even 10 years after founding our business I still have a confidence problem... Whenever I see a call or email from a client, my lizard-brain goes "Are they having problems? Do they want to leave?".Even though I can go back and read the reviews and other positive signals from our clients, it doesn't stop that crunching feeling in my stomach. That's why it's one of the most uplifting things in the world to get messages such as I did this morning.A former client, who's started their new job as head of security in a large shopping and leisure destination, contacted us asking to implement Keyzapp as one of their first acts, "to track keys, access cards, radios, bodycams etc..." They've seen it work once and want to repeat it somewhere else.People like me need this sort of hard evidence every now and again to remind us "That thing you helped build really does make a difference in the world".Thanks to all at Keyzapp for the hard work that you do- I know I don't say it enough.Despite the smile on my face right now, I know that by the end of the morning the lizard brain will be back to it's old tricks... Am I alone in feeling this way? Has anyone found a permanent cure? Or should we embrace this feeling to keep us on our toes? What do others think?

Was great to see some many people at #pmone on Friday.My favourite session was probably the last minute fireside chat with Katie Griffin and Sarah Beeny. Came away with lots to think about overall and some good reflections on the state of the industry.Looks like #propertymark have a great offering now with the their company memberships and "PM Connect".Sorry there were a load of people there I glimpsed but didn't get to say hi to - hopefully we can catch up soon.What was your best takeaway from the event?

Who's going to #Propertymark One tomorrow?Really looking forward to listening to the hot takes on the state of the property world as we head into a new era.This year, Aimran and I will be there as delegates instead of our usual stand. I got home at 10pm last night to find someone had put a brick through my door....... Fortunately it a was only couple centimetres in size and was attached attached to the front of the latest free issue of #BRCK - the Veeeery Serious Property Marketing Newspaper from DCTR.Yes the headline is a little on the clickbait side, and is exactly what the "publisher" had in mind...What a fun read at the end of the day! Apart from the aforementioned first brick for my property portfolio, highlights include a "particularly challenging" crossword, an agony aunt section near the back along with some serious (even controversial?) opinion and insight. However, this might be the one publication where to say "the best thing about it are the Ads" is actually a good thing.... (You'll have to grab a free copy to see what I mean, link below 👇)Though a lot of fun, BRCK makes a serious point about creativity and thinking outside the box. This isn't something you can do with AI. This is about doing things differently and standing out from the crowd.We began working with DCTR a few months back on our own brand refresh, and I can't wait to share the results....
