711 has been a great help for not only me nut numerous of people affected by this pandemic. Shout out goes to the members to the 711 on 6th street and Jefferson St in Eugene Oregon. Thanks a million for the support in thus tine of need. My best wishes and support.
They use to be a lovely. Not anymore. Doors often locked. The first 7-Eleven I've ever known that doesn't truly stay open 24 hours but instead will often put a "We'll be back" sign on the door and disappear. Where they go is anybody's guess. All I know is with a glass front no employees can be seen for as long as 40 minutes before I've given up and gone home. Neighbors say even longer. A very inconvenient convenience store. What's more the employees are no longer the professionals that that we could once depend to treat us their customers with a modicum of dignity if nothing else but more often than not with kindness and warmth. The owners of this particular store need to reassess. It would be wise to hire employees better suited to give good service if which you can be proud. As it stands now, your store is a disgrace.
The service was exceptional in how Terrible it was! Not only did they ignore me, they also took forever to help me, and then in the end gave me the wrong item. The two employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other and they didn’t even look to make sure the item I asked for was the right one.

At 6am this morning and no one in the store. Not a staff/crew in site. But the door is open. I grab my product and stand by the cash machine to check out.No response, no reply.Thank you for the free stuff!Your loss, not mine - hire attentive staff who can manage their stations.
Customer service is great. Friendly. I appreciate how quickly they answered the phone when I've called and the accurate information they've given me. While the location is admittedly not in one of Eugenes more affluent neighborhoods They attend to matters off security with class. I've not yet felt insulted by obvious surveillance or been harrassed while locking or unlocking my bike like I have elsewhere in the city. An overall pleasing and refreshing experience in this my new neighborhood. UPDATING THE Above Review - Things have certainly changed, and not for the better. It makes no sense to me that there should be absolutely none of the fresh food/ deli case items available at 7 pm .
